헌법재판소법 제46조(결정서의 송달)

헌법재판소는 결정일부터 14일 이내에 결정서 정본을 제청한 법원에 송달한다. 이 경우 제청한 법원이 대법원이 아닌 경우에는 대법원을 거쳐야 한다.
