허베이 스피리트호 유류오염사고 피해주민의 지원 및 해양환경의 복원 등에 관한 특별법 시행령 제16조(보상한도액을 초과하는 대지급금의 처리)

법 제8조제1항에 따라 지급한 대지급금이 국제기금의 보상한도액에 따른 청구인별 지급금액을 초과하는 경우 그 초과 금액은 최종적으로 확정된 손해배상액 또는 보상액에서 국제기금의 보상한도액에 따른 청구인별 지급금액을 뺀 금액을 초과하지 아니하는 범위에서 법 제9조제1항에 따라 지급한 한도초과 보상금으로 본다.
