행정절차법 시행령 제26조(온라인 정책토론의 운영)

① 행정청은 법 제53조제1항에 따른 온라인 정책토론(이하 "온라인 정책토론"이라 한다)을 실시하는 경우 토론 참여자 간의 이해를 돕고 합리적인 대안을 찾을 필요가 있다고 판단되는 경우에는 동일한 토론 과제에 대하여 반복하여 토론을 실시할 수 있다. <개정 2017.4.18, 2022.7.11>

② 행정청은 온라인 정책토론을 실시할 때에는 토론 개최계획, 토론 과제 및 토론 결과 등을 단계별로 정보통신망 등을 통하여 공개해야 한다. <개정 2022.7.11>

③ 온라인 정책토론에 참여하는 행정청과 그 밖의 참여자는 합리적인 토론을 위하여 필요한 자료를 공유하도록 노력해야 한다. <개정 2022.7.11>

④ 행정청은 법 제53조제2항에 따라 토론 패널을 구성할 때에는 공정성 및 객관성이 확보될 수 있도록 토론 과제와 관련된 이해관계자의 대표성, 전문성 및 주요 예상되는 입장 등을 고려하여야 한다. <신설 2017.4.18>

⑤ 행정청은 제4항에 따라 토론 패널을 구성한 경우에는 토론 참가 전에 토론 패널 명단을 정보통신망 등을 통하여 공개하여야 한다. <신설 2017.4.18>
