법 제31조제3항의 규정에 의하여 청문에 출석하여 진술한 것으로 보는 의견서는 법 제35조제1항 및 제2항의 규정에 의하여 청문이 종결될 때까지(법 제35조제3항의 규정에 의하여 기간이 연장된 경우에는 그 기간이 종료될 때까지)청문주재자에게 제출된 것에 한한다.
