행정소송규칙 제14조(사정판결)
법원이 법 제28조제1항에 따른 판결을 할 때 그 처분등을 취소하는 것이 현저히 공공복리에 적합하지 아니한지 여부는 사실심 변론을 종결할 때를 기준으로 판단한다.
