Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Establishment and Operation of Committees under Administrative Agencies, Article 2 (Scope of Committees Subject to Consultation, etc.)

① 「행정기관 소속 위원회의 설치ㆍ운영에 관한 법률」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제6조제1항 후단에서 "협의 대상 위원회의 범위"란 법률 및 대통령령에 따라 설치되는 위원회(위원회, 심의회, 협의회 등 명칭을 불문하고 행정기관의 소관 사무에 관하여 자문에 응하거나 조정, 협의, 심의 또는 의결 등을 하기 위한 복수의 구성원으로 이루어진 합의제 기관을 말한다. 이하 같다)를 말한다. 다만, 법령에 따라 각 행정기관에 공통으로 설치되는 위원회로서 해당 위원회의 설치 근거 법령의 제ㆍ개정 시 법령을 주관하는 행정기관의 장이 위원회의 설치에 대하여 행정안전부장관과 협의를 한 위원회는 제외한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
