해저광물자원 개발법 시행령 제2조의3(위원회의 구성 및 운영)

① 법 제2조의3제1항에 따른 해저광물자원개발심의위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)의 위원장은 위원회를 대표하고, 위원회의 업무를 총괄한다.

② 위원회의 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 그 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원회의 위원장이 미리 지명한 위원이 그 직무를 수행한다.

(2) Where웨어 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 duties두티즈 for^f포 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 reasons,^r리즌즈 a어 member멤버 designated데지그네이티드 in인 advance어드^v밴스 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 perform퍼^f폼 those^ð도우즈 duties.두티즈

③ 법 제2조의3제4항제1호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 관계 중앙행정기관"이란 다음 각 호와 같다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1, 2025.12.30>

④ 위원회의 위원장은 위원회의 회의를 소집하고 그 의장이 된다.

(4) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 and앤드 preside프^r리자이드 over오우^v버 them.^ð뎀

⑤ 위원회의 위원장이 위원회의 회의를 소집하려면 회의의 일시ㆍ장소 및 안건을 회의 개최 7일 전까지 각 위원에게 문서로 알려야 한다. 다만, 긴급히 소집하여야 하거나 부득이한 사유가 있는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

⑥ 위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(6) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 on안 the^ð더 register,^r레지스터 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 adopted어답티드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑦ 위원회의 사무를 처리하기 위하여 위원회에 간사 1인을 두되, 간사는 산업통상부 소속 공무원 중에서 위원회의 위원장이 지명한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
