해저광물자원 개발법 시행령 제12조(원상회복 의무 면제의 승인 신청)

① 법 제19조의2제1항 각 호 외의 부분 단서에 따라 해저조광권자가 공작물 등의 원상회복 의무를 면제받으려면 해저조광권의 효력이 소멸되기 3개월 전까지 산업통상부령으로 정하는 서류를 갖추어 산업통상부장관에게 면제의 승인을 신청하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
