해운법 시행령

해운법 시행령 제14조의2(표준계약서의 작성 및 보급ㆍ활용 단체)

법 제29조의2제4항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 해운관련 단체"란 「민법」 제32조에 따라 해양수산부장관의 허가를 받아 설립된 한국선주협회를 말한다.
