해외자원개발 사업법 제19조(보고 및 검사)

① 산업통상부장관은 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 해외자원개발사업자에게 그 사업에 관한 보고를 하게 하거나 서류의 제출을 명할 수 있다. <개정 2011.7.14, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

② 산업통상부장관은 소속 공무원에게 해외자원개발사업자의 사무소에서 장부ㆍ서류ㆍ물건과 그 밖에 사업의 운영에 필요한 사항을 조사 또는 검사하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2011.7.14, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

③ 제2항의 경우에 해당 공무원은 그 권한을 표시하는 증표를 지니고 이를 관계인에게 보여 주어야 한다.
