해외자원개발 사업법 제13조의6(해외자원개발투자회사등에 대한 감독ㆍ검사 등)

① 산업통상부장관 및 금융위원회는 다음 각 호의 자에게 해외자원개발투자회사등의 업무와 재산에 관한 자료의 제출이나 보고를 요구할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

② 산업통상부장관은 필요한 경우 금융위원회에 제1항 각 호의 자의 업무와 재산(제1항제2호의 경우에는 해외자원개발투자회사와 관련된 업무와 재산만 해당한다. 이하 이 항에서 같다)에 관한 검사를 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 금융위원회는 금융감독에 관하여 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 소속 직원 또는 「금융위원회의 설치 등에 관한 법률」 제29조에 따른 금융감독원의 원장으로 하여금 제1항 각 호의 자의 업무와 재산에 관하여 검사하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
