Enforcement Decree of the Overseas Construction Promotion Act, Article 20 (Designation of Excellent Overseas Construction Business Operators, etc.)

① 국토교통부장관은 법 제16조제1항에 따라 우수 해외건설사업자를 지정할 때에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 고려해야 한다. 다만, 제1호ㆍ제3호ㆍ제4호 및 제7호는 법 제16조제1항제2호에 해당하는 해외건설사업자를 우수 해외건설사업자로 지정하는 경우에는 적용하지 않는다. <개정 2019.9.10, 2021.1.5>
