해외건설 촉진법 시행령 제17조(해외공사 상황의 통보)

① 법 제13조에 따라 해외건설사업자가 국토교통부장관에게 통보해야 하는 해외공사 상황의 통보대상 및 통보기한은 별표 3의2와 같다.

② 국토교통부장관은 해외공사 상황을 신속하게 파악할 필요가 있는 경우에는 제1항 및 별표 3의2에도 불구하고 해외공사 상황을 수시로 통보하게 할 수 있다.
