해양환경관리법 제99조(임원)

①공단의 임원은 이사장 1인을 포함한 5인 이상 9인 이내의 이사 및 감사 1인으로 한다. 이 경우 이사의 정수는 정관으로 정한다.

②제1항의 규정에 따른 이사 중 4인은 상임으로, 나머지는 비상임으로 한다.

(2) Four^f포 of어^v브 the^ð더 directors더^r렉터즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) shall섈 be비 full-time,^f풀-타임 and앤드 the^ð더 rest^r레스트 shall섈 be비 part-time.파트-타임

③해양수산부장관은 이사장 및 감사를 임명한다. 이 경우 해양수산부장관은 이사장 또는 감사가 그 직무를 담당하기 곤란하다고 인정되는 때에는 그 임기 중이라도 각각 해임할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>

④이사장은 해양수산부장관의 승인을 얻어 이사를 임명한다. 이 경우 이사장은 이사가 그 직무를 담당하기 곤란하다고 인정되는 때에는 그 임기 중이라도 해임할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>

⑤임원의 임기는 3년으로 하되, 연임할 수 있다.
