①공단은 다음 각 호의 사업을 수행한다.

(1) The^ð더 Corporation코퍼^r레이션 shall섈 carry캐^r리 out아웃 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 projects:프^r라젝츠

1. 해양환경의 보전ㆍ관리에 관한 사업

1. Projects프^r라젝츠 related^r릴레이티드 to투 the^ð더 conservation칸서^v베이션 and앤드 management매너지먼트 of어^v브 the^ð더 marine머^r린 environment;인^v바이^r런먼트

2. 해양환경개선을 위한 다음 각 목의 사업

2. The^ð더 following^f팔로잉 projects프^r라젝츠 for^f포 improving임프^r루^v빙 the^ð더 marine머^r린 environment:인^v바이^r런먼트

가. 오염물질의 수거ㆍ처리를 위한 사업

나. 오염물질 저장시설의 설치ㆍ운영 및 수탁관리

3. 해양오염방제에 필요한 다음 각 목의 사업

가. 해양오염방제업무 및 방제선등의 배치ㆍ설치(위탁ㆍ대행받은 경우를 포함한다)

4. 제1호 내지 제3호의 사업에 부대되는 사업 중 정관으로 정하는 사업
