해양환경관리법 제75조(등록의 취소 등)

1. 제71조 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 때. 다만, 법인의 임원 중 제71조제1호, 제3호 또는 제4호에 해당하는 자가 있는 경우로서 6개월 이내에 그 임원을 바꾸어 임명한 때에는 그러하지 아니하다.
