해양환경관리법 제122조(수수료)

①이 법에 따른 형식승인ㆍ인증ㆍ검인ㆍ승인(제22조의2에 따른 배출률 승인에 한정한다)ㆍ검사ㆍ성능시험ㆍ검정ㆍ인정ㆍ검증(제41조의4제3항에 따른 선박연료유 사용량등의 검증에 한정한다)ㆍ지정(제42조제3항에 따른 업체 또는 단체의 지정에 한정한다) 및 성능인증을 받으려는 자는 해양수산부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 수수료를 납부하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2011.6.15, 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2016.12.27, 2017.7.26, 2020.3.24, 2023.10.24>

② 제38조에 따른 오염물질저장시설의 설치ㆍ운영자는 오염물질을 수거ㆍ처리할 경우 오염물질을 발생시킨 자에게 해양수산부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 수거ㆍ처리 비용을 부담하게 할 수 있다. <신설 2021.4.13>

③공단은 제97조의 규정에 따른 사업을 수행하기 위하여 정관이 정하는 바에 따라 자재ㆍ약제의 비치 또는 방제 및 방제선등의 배치ㆍ설치에 따른 수수료를 징수할 수 있다. <개정 2021.4.13>

④제112조에 따른 업무대행자가 형식승인ㆍ검인ㆍ승인(제22조의2에 따른 배출률 승인에 한정한다)ㆍ검사ㆍ성능시험ㆍ검정ㆍ인정 및 검증(제41조의4제3항에 따른 선박연료유 사용량등의 검증에 한정한다)을 행하는 경우에는 수수료를 징수할 수 있다. 이 경우 해양수산부장관 또는 해양경찰청장으로부터 미리 승인을 받아야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2011.6.15, 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2016.12.27, 2017.7.26, 2020.3.24, 2021.4.13, 2023.10.24>
