해양환경관리법 시행규칙 제73조(선박해체 해양오염방지작업계획의 신고 등)

① 선박을 해체하려는 자는 법 제111조제1항 본문에 따라 별지 제69호서식의 선박해체 해양오염방지 작업계획신고서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 작업개시 7일 전까지 선박을 해체하려는 장소를 관할하는 해양경찰서장에게 제출하여야 한다. 작업계획을 변경하려는 때에도 또한 같다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.28>

② 법 제111조제1항 단서에서 "해양수산부령으로 정하는 방법"이란 오염물질이 제거된 선박으로서 총톤수 100톤(군함과 경찰용 선박의 경우에는 경하배수톤수 200톤) 미만의 선박(유조선은 제외한다)을 육지에 올려놓고 해체하는 것을 말한다. <개정 2008.3.14, 2013.3.24, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.28>
