해양조사와 해양정보 활용에 관한 법률 시행령 제26조(고유식별정보의 처리)
Enforcement Decree of the Act on Marine Survey and Utilization of Marine Information, Article 26 (Processing of Personally Identifiable Information)
해양수산부장관(법 제60조에 따라 해양수산부장관의 권한 또는 업무를 위임ㆍ위탁받은 자를 포함한다)은 다음 각 호의 사무를 수행하기 위해 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제19조제1호 또는 제4호에 따른 주민등록번호 또는 외국인등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다.
Where unavoidable to perform the following duties, the Minister of Oceans and Fisheries (including a person to whom authority or work of the Minister has been delegated or entrusted under Article 60 of the Act) may process data including resident registration numbers or foreigner registration numbers under Article 19 1 or 4 of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act:
1. 법 제30조제1항에 따른 해양조사ㆍ정보업의 등록에 관한 사무
1. Duties concerning registration of the marine survey and information business under Article 30 (1) of the Act;
2. 법 제30조제3항에 따른 해양조사ㆍ정보업자의 변경 신고에 관한 사무
2. Duties concerning reports of changes by marine survey and information business operators under Article 30 (3) of the Act;
3. 법 제35조제3항에 따른 해양조사ㆍ정보업자의 지위 승계 신고에 관한 사무
3. Duties concerning reports of succession to the status of marine survey and information business operators under Article 35 (3) of the Act;
4. 법 제50조제1항에 따른 해양정보간행물 판매대행업자의 지정에 관한 사무
4. Duties concerning the designation of sales agents of marine information publications under Article 50 (1) of the Act;
5. 법 제51조제1항에 따른 판매대행업자의 신고에 관한 사무
5. Duties concerning reports of sales agents under Article 51 (1) of the Act.
