해양조사와 해양정보 활용에 관한 법률 시행령 제21조(해양정보간행물 판매대행업자의 지정요건)

① 법 제50조제1항에 따른 판매대행업자(이하 "판매대행업자"라 한다) 중 인쇄물 형태의 해양정보간행물의 판매대행업자로 지정받으려는 자는 별표 1에 따른 초급해양조사기술자 1명 이상을 보유해야 한다.

(1) Among어멍 the^ð더 sales세일즈 agents에이전츠 under언더 Article아터클 50 (1) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "sales세일즈 agents"),에이전츠 a어 person퍼슨 who후 intends인텐즈 to투 be비 designated데지그네이티드 as애즈 a어 sales세일즈 agent에이전트 of어^v브 marine머^r린 information인^f퍼메이션 publications퍼블리케이션즈 in인 printed프^r린티드 form^f폼 shall섈 have해^v브 at앳 least리스트 one원 junior-grade주니어-그^r레이드 marine머^r린 survey서^v베이 technician텍니션 under언더 Attached어태치트 Table테이블 1.

② 판매대행업자 중 디지털 형태의 해양정보간행물의 판매대행업자로 지정받으려는 자는 다음 각 호의 요건을 모두 갖춰야 한다.

③ 인쇄물 형태와 디지털 형태의 해양정보간행물을 함께 판매하는 판매대행업자로 지정받으려는 자는 별표 1에 따른 중급해양조사기술자 1명 이상을 보유하고, 제2항제2호에 따른 요건을 갖춰야 한다.
