해양조사와 해양정보 활용에 관한 법률 시행령 제17조(해양조사ㆍ정보업자의 일시적인 등록기준 미달)

법 제36조제1항제4호 단서에서 "일시적으로 등록기준에 미달되는 등 대통령령으로 정하는 경우"란 별표 4에 따른 기술인력에 해당하는 사람의 사망ㆍ실종 또는 퇴직으로 등록기준에 미달하게 된 경우로서 그 미달되는 기간이 90일(「소상공인기본법」 제2조에 따른 소상공인인 경우에는 180일) 이내인 경우를 말한다. <개정 2023.9.12>
