해양조사와 해양정보 활용에 관한 법률 시행령 제12조(해양조사기술자 교육훈련)

① 법 제29조제1항 본문에 따라 해양조사기술자가 받아야 하는 교육훈련의 종류ㆍ내용ㆍ시간 및 이수시기와 같은 항 단서에 따라 교육훈련을 받은 것으로 보는 기준은 별표 2와 같다.

② 제1항에서 규정한 사항 외에 교육훈련의 이수방법 등 해양조사기술자의 교육훈련에 관한 세부사항은 해양수산부장관이 정하여 고시한다.
