해양재난구조대의 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률 제7조(조직)

① 해양재난구조대에는 대장ㆍ부대장ㆍ부장ㆍ반장 또는 대원을 둔다.

(1) A어 marine머^r린 disaster디재스터 rescue^r레스큐 team팀 shall섈 have해^v브 a어 leader,리더 deputy데퓨티 leader,리더 section섹션 chiefs,치^f프스 squad스콰드 leaders리더즈 or오 members.멤버즈

② 대장 및 부대장은 해양재난구조대원 중 관할구역 내 해양경찰서장의 추천에 따라 해양경찰청장이 위촉하고, 부장 및 반장은 관할구역 내 해양경찰서장이 위촉한다.

(2) The^ð더 leader리더 and앤드 deputy데퓨티 leader리더 shall섈 be비 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 Commissioner커미셔너 General제너^r럴 of어^v브 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Coast코우스트 Guard가드 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 marine머^r린 disaster디재스터 rescue^r레스큐 team팀 members,멤버즈 on안 the^ð더 recommendation^r레커먼데이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 Coast코우스트 Guard가드 station스테이션 in인 the^ð더 jurisdiction,주^r러스딕션 and앤드 section섹션 chiefs치^f프스 and앤드 squad스콰드 leaders리더즈 shall섈 be비 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 Coast코우스트 Guard가드 station스테이션 in인 the^ð더 jurisdiction.주^r러스딕션

③ 그 밖에 해양재난구조대의 조직ㆍ운영 등에 필요한 사항은 해양수산부령으로 정한다.
