해양수산발전 기본법 제8조(위원회의 구성 등)

①위원회는 위원장 1인을 포함한 25인 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

② 위원회의 위원장은 해양수산부장관이 되며, 위원은 관계 중앙행정기관의 차관급 공무원으로서 대통령령으로 정하는 사람과 해양ㆍ해양수산자원ㆍ해양수산업 또는 해양환경에 관한 전문지식이나 경험이 풍부한 사람 중에서 해양수산부장관이 위촉하는 사람(이하 "위촉위원"이라 한다)이 된다. <개정 2009.2.6, 2013.3.23, 2017.4.18>

(2) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Oceans오우션즈 and앤드 Fisheries,^f피셔^r리즈 and앤드 the^ð더 members멤버즈 shall섈 be비 vice-minister-level^v바이스-미너스터-레^v블 public퍼블릭 officials어^f피실즈 of어^v브 relevant^r렐러^v번트 central센트^r럴 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 agencies에이전시즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree디크^r리 and앤드 persons퍼슨즈 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Oceans오우션즈 and앤드 Fisheries^f피셔^r리즈 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 persons퍼슨즈 with위^ð드 extensive익스텐시^v브 expert엑스펏 knowledge날러지 or오 experience익스피^r리언스 in인 the^ð디 ocean,오우션 marine머^r린 and앤드 fisheries^f피셔^r리즈 resources,^r리소시즈 marine머^r린 and앤드 fisheries^f피셔^r리즈 industries,인더스트^r리즈 or오 the^ð더 marine머^r린 environment인^v바이^r런먼트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "commissioned커미션드 members").멤버즈

③위원회에 간사위원 1인을 두되, 간사위원은 해양수산부차관으로 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2009.2.6, 2013.3.23>

(3) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 have해^v브 one원 secretary세크^r러테^r리 member,멤버 who후 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 Vice^v바이스 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Oceans오우션즈 and앤드 Fisheries.^f피셔^r리즈

④위촉위원의 수는 5인 이상으로 하고 임기는 2년으로 하며 연임할 수 있다.

(4) The^ð더 number넘버 of어^v브 commissioned커미션드 members멤버즈 shall섈 be비 five^f파이^v브 or오 more,모 their^ð데어 term텀 of어^v브 office오^f피스 is이즈 two투 years,이어즈 and앤드 they^ð데이 may메이 be비 reappointed^r리어포인티드 consecutively.컨세큐티^v블리

⑤위원회의 구성 및 운영 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.

(5) Matters매터즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 the^ð더 composition캄퍼지션 and앤드 operation아퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 and앤드 other어^ð더 matters매터즈 shall섈 be비 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree.디크^r리
