Act on Fostering Marine and Fisheries Science and Technology, Article 23 (Establishment of the Korea Institute of Marine and Fisheries Science and Technology Promotion)

① 해양수산과학기술 육성을 위한 연구개발사업등의 기획ㆍ관리ㆍ평가 등을 효율적으로 지원하기 위하여 해양수산과학기술진흥원(이하 "진흥원"이라 한다)을 설립한다.

(1) The^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Institute인스터툿 of어^v브 Marine머^r린 and앤드 Fisheries^f피셔^r리즈 Science사이언스 and앤드 Technology텍날러지 Promotion프^r러모우션 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð디 "Institute")인스터툿 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 to투 efficiently이^f피션틀리 support서포트 planning,플래닝 management,매너지먼트 and앤드 evaluation이^v밸류에이션 of어^v브 research^r리서치 and앤드 development디^v벨럽먼트 projects,프^r라젝츠 etc.엣세터^r러 for^f포 fostering^f파스터^r링 marine머^r린 and앤드 fisheries^f피셔^r리즈 science사이언스 and앤드 technology.텍날러지

② 진흥원은 법인으로 하고, 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 설립등기를 함으로써 성립한다.

⑥ 진흥원은 제1항에 따른 목적 달성에 필요한 경비를 조달하기 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 수익사업을 할 수 있다.

⑦ 진흥원에 관하여 이 법에서 정한 것을 제외하고는 「민법」 중 재단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.
