Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Conservation and Management of Marine Ecosystems, Article 32 (Claims for Compensation for Losses)

①법 제53조제1항 전단에 따라 손실보상을 청구하려는 자는 다음 각 호의 사항을 기재한 손실보상청구서에 손실에 관한 증빙서류를 갖추어 해양수산부장관 또는 시ㆍ도지사에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2015.12.30>
