해양레저관광진흥법 제3조(국가와 지방자치단체의 책무)

① 국가와 지방자치단체는 해양레저관광을 활성화하고, 국민이 해양레저관광을 누릴 수 있는 권리를 증진할 수 있도록 필요한 정책을 수립ㆍ시행하여야 한다.
