국가와 지방자치단체는 「유아교육법」 제2조제2호에 따른 유치원 및 「초ㆍ중등교육법」 제2조에 따른 학교에서 안전하고 친환경적인 해양레저관광을 유도하기 위하여 필요한 교육을 실시할 수 있다.
