Marine Scientific Research Act, Article 7 (Consent to Marine Scientific Research in the Exclusive Economic Zone or on the Continental Shelf)

① 대한민국의 배타적 경제수역 또는 대륙붕에서 해양과학조사를 실시하려는 외국인등은 해양수산부장관의 동의를 받아야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 동의를 받으려는 외국인등은 해양과학조사 실시 예정일 6개월 전까지 조사계획서를 외교부장관을 거쳐 해양수산부장관에게 제출하여야 한다.

③ 해양수산부장관은 제2항에 따라 동의 신청을 받은 경우에는 관계 중앙행정기관의 장과 협의하여 그 신청일부터 4개월 이내에 동의 여부를 결정하고, 지체 없이 그 결정 사항을 신청인에게 알려야 한다.
