해양경찰청과 그 소속기관 직제 제32조(해상교통관제센터)

① 지방해양경찰청의 소관 사무를 분장하기 위하여 지방해양경찰청장 소속으로 해상교통관제센터를 둔다.

② 해상교통관제센터는 광역해상교통관제센터, 항만해상교통관제센터 및 연안해상교통관제센터로 구분한다. <개정 2022.12.29>

③ 해상교통관제센터의 명칭 및 위치는 해양수산부령으로 정하고, 관할구역 등 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 지방해양경찰청장이 정한다.
