해양경찰위원회 규정 제5조(회의)

① 위원회의 회의는 정기회의와 임시회의로 구분한다.

② 정기회의는 특별한 사유가 있는 경우를 제외하고는 매월 2회 위원장이 소집한다.

③ 위원장은 필요한 경우 임시회의를 소집할 수 있으며, 3명 이상의 위원, 해양수산부장관 또는 해양경찰청장은 위원장에게 임시회의의 소집을 요구할 수 있다.

④ 제3항에 따른 임시회의의 소집 요구가 있는 경우에는 위원장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 회의를 소집해야 한다.
