해양경찰수사규칙 제3조(협력의 방식 등)

① 사법경찰관리는 수사준칙 제6조에 따라 검사가 수사, 공소제기 및 공소유지와 관련하여 협력의 요청ㆍ요구ㆍ신청 등(이하 "협력요청등"이라 한다)을 하는 경우에는 상호 존중을 바탕으로 적극 협조해야 한다.

② 사법경찰관리는 검사에게 협력요청등을 하는 경우에는 「형사사법절차 전자화 촉진법」 제2조제4호에 따른 형사사법정보시스템(이하 "형사사법정보시스템"이라 한다) 또는 서면으로 해야 한다.

③ 천재지변 또는 긴급한 상황이 발생하거나 수사 현장에서 협력요청등을 하는 경우 등 제2항의 방식으로 협력요청등을 하는 것이 불가능하거나 현저히 곤란한 경우에는 구두(口頭)나 전화 등 간편한 방식으로 협력요청등을 할 수 있다.

④ 사법경찰관리는 신속한 수사가 필요한 경우에는 적정한 기간을 정하여 검사에게 협력요청등을 할 수 있다.

⑤ 사법경찰관리는 검사로부터 기간이 정해진 협력요청등을 받은 경우에는 그 기간 내에 이행하도록 노력해야 한다. 다만, 그 기간 내에 이행하기 곤란하거나 이행하지 못하는 경우에는 추가로 필요한 기간을 검사와 협의할 수 있다.
