해양경찰법 제11조제5항 단서에 따른 긴급하고 중요한 사건의 범위 등에 관한 규정 제5조(수사국장의 수사지휘ㆍ감독)

① 수사국장은 법 제15조의2제1항에 따라 「형사소송법」에 따른 해양경찰의 수사에 관하여 각 지방해양경찰청장과 해양경찰서장 및 수사부서 소속 공무원을 지휘ㆍ감독한다.

② 수사국장은 법 제15조의2제1항에 따라 수사지휘를 하는 경우에는 서면으로 해야 한다.

③ 수사국장은 제2항에도 불구하고 서면 지휘가 불가능하거나 현저히 곤란한 때에는 구두나 전화 등 서면 외의 방식으로 지휘할 수 있다. 이 경우 사후에 신속하게 서면으로 그 지휘내용을 송부해야 한다.
