해수욕장의 이용 및 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제22조(해수욕장평가위원회의 구성 및 운영)

① 법 제40조제1항에 따른 해수욕장평가위원회(이하 "평가위원회"라 한다)는 위원장 1명을 포함하여 15명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다. <개정 2018.4.10>

② 평가위원회의 위원장은 해양수산부 해양정책실장이 되고, 위원은 다음 각 호의 사람이 된다. <개정 2017.7.26, 2018.4.10, 2024.4.30, 2025.10.1>

(2) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð디 Evaluation이^v밸류에이션 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 Director더^r렉터 General제너^r럴 for^f포 Maritime메^r러타임 Policy팔러시 of어^v브 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 Oceans오우션즈 and앤드 Fisheries,^f피셔^r리즈 and앤드 the^ð더 members멤버즈 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 persons:퍼슨즈

③ 제2항제2호에 따른 위원의 임기는 2년으로 한다. 다만, 법 제40조제2항에 따라 평가위원회가 해산되는 경우에는 그 해산되는 때에 임기가 만료되는 것으로 한다. <개정 2024.4.30>

④ 평가위원회는 위원장이 필요하다고 인정하거나 제1항에 따른 위원 3분의 1 이상이 요청하는 경우에 개최한다.

⑤ 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 해양수산부, 행정안전부, 문화체육관광부, 기후에너지환경부, 해양경찰청, 소방청 소속 공무원의 순서로 그 직무를 대행한다. <개정 2017.7.26, 2025.10.1>

⑥ 위원장은 평가위원회를 개최하려는 경우에는 평가위원회 개최 7일 전까지 평가위원회 개최 사실과 심의 안건을 각 위원에게 통보하여야 한다. 다만, 긴급히 개최하여야 하거나 부득이한 사유가 있는 경우에는 개최 전날까지 통보하여야 한다.

⑦ 평가위원회는 제1항에 따른 위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(7) The^ð디 Evaluation이^v밸류에이션 Committee커미티 shall섈 open오우픈 a어 meeting미팅 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) and앤드 adopt어답트 resolutions^r레절루션즈 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑧ 평가위원회의 심의 사항을 처리하기 위하여 간사 1명을 두며, 간사는 해양수산부 소속 공무원 중에서 해양수산부장관이 지명한다.
