해수욕장의 이용 및 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제12조(해수욕장시설의 안전점검의 대상 등)

① 법 제27조제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 관리청 또는 해양경찰서장이 실시하여야 하는 안전점검(이하 "안전점검"이라 한다)의 대상ㆍ시기ㆍ절차는 별표 2와 같다. <개정 2017.7.26>

② 관리청 또는 해양경찰서장은 법 제27조제3항에 따른 조치를 명하는 경우에는 그 내용을 서면으로 해당 시설의 소유자 또는 관리자에게 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2017.7.26>

③ 제2항에 따른 통보를 받은 시설의 소유자 또는 관리자는 즉시 시설의 정비ㆍ보수 등 필요한 조치를 하고, 조치를 완료한 후 조치 내용을 관리청 또는 관할 해양경찰서장에게 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2017.7.26>
