Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Promotion of Dissemination of Offshore Wind Power and Fostering of the Industry, Article 28 (Designation of Specialized Research Institutes)

① 법 제38조제1항에 따라 전문연구기관으로 지정을 받으려는 자는 기후에너지환경부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 전문연구기관 지정신청서를 기후에너지환경부장관에게 제출해야 한다.

② 법 제38조제1항에 따른 전문연구기관의 지정 요건은 다음 각 호와 같다.
