해상교통안전법 제28조(비용징수 등)

① 해양수산부장관은 제25조제3항 및 제27조제3항에 따른 항행장애물의 표시ㆍ제거에 드는 비용의 징수에 대비하여 필요한 경우에는 선박소유자에게 비용 지급을 보증하는 서류의 제출을 요구할 수 있다.

② 제25조제3항 및 제27조제3항에 따른 항행장애물의 표시ㆍ제거에 쓰인 비용은 항행장애물제거책임자의 부담으로 하되, 항행장애물제거책임자를 알 수 없는 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 항행장애물 또는 항행장애물을 발생시킨 선박을 처분하여 비용에 충당할 수 있다.
