해상교통안전법 제109조(권한 등의 위임ㆍ위탁)

① 이 법에 따른 해양수산부장관 또는 해양경찰청장의 권한은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 일부를 그 소속 기관의 장 또는 지방자치단체의 장에게 위임할 수 있다.
