해상교통안전법 제105조(선박안전관리사협회의 설립)

① 안전관리책임자 등 선박안전관리 종사자는 선박안전관리 업무의 개선ㆍ발전과 선박안전관리사의 권익증진 및 자질향상을 위하여 선박안전관리사협회(이하 "협회"라 한다)를 설립할 수 있다.

② 협회는 법인으로 한다.

(2) The^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 a어 corporation.코퍼^r레이션

③ 협회는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 정관을 작성하여 해양수산부장관의 인가를 받아 그 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 설립등기를 함으로써 성립한다.

(3) The^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 when웬 it잇 prepares프^r리페어즈 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 association어소우시에이션 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree,디크^r리 obtains어브테인즈 authorization오^θ써^r러제이션 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Oceans오우션즈 and앤드 Fisheries,^f피셔^r리즈 and앤드 registers^r레저스터즈 its잇츠 establishment이스태블리시먼트 at앳 the^ð더 location로케이션 of어^v브 its잇츠 main메인 office.오^f피스

④ 협회에 관하여 이 법에 규정된 것을 제외하고는 「민법」의 사단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.
