해상교통안전법 제103조(특수한 상황에서의 항법 등)

① 선박, 선장, 선박소유자 또는 해원은 다른 선박과의 충돌 위험 등 모든 특수한 상황(관계 선박의 성능의 한계에 따른 사정을 포함한다. 이하 같다)에 합당한 주의를 하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 특수한 상황 등에서의 위험을 피하기 위하여 제1절부터 제3절까지에 따른 항법을 따르지 아니할 수 있다.

③ 제2항에도 불구하고 선박, 선장, 선박소유자 또는 해원은 이 법의 규정을 태만히 이행하거나 일반적인 선원에게 요구되는 통상적인 주의나 특수한 상황에 요구되는 주의를 게을리함으로써 발생한 결과에 대하여는 면책되지 아니한다.
