Special Support Act for the Reorganization of the Port Labor Supply System, Article 9 (Port Labor Supply System Reorganization Committee)

① 해양수산부장관은 항만인력공급체제의 효율적인 개편과 항운노동조합원의 복리증진에 관한 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의하기 위하여 지방해양수산청별로 항만인력공급체제개편위원회(이하 이 조에서 "위원회"라 한다)를 둘 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2016.5.29>

② 위원회는 위원장을 포함하여 항운노동조합, 항만운송사업자등, 정부 및 항만이용자를 대표하는 10명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다. 이 경우 항운노동조합을 대표하는 위원과 항만운송사업자등을 대표하는 위원은 같은 수로 한다.
