항만시설관리권 등록령 제78조(이의에 대한 조치)

① 등록공무원은 이의가 이유 없다고 인정한 경우에는 3일 이내에 의견을 붙여 사건을 관할 지방법원에 송부하여야 한다.

② 등록공무원은 이의가 이유 있다고 인정한 경우에는 그에 해당하는 처분을 하여야 한다. 다만, 등록이 끝난 후일 때에는 그 등록에 이의신청이 있다는 뜻을 부기한 후 이를 등록상의 이해관계인에게 알리고 제1항의 절차를 취하여야 한다.
