신청서에 공동담보목록을 첨부한 경우 그 중 1개의 항만시설관리권에 관하여 등록한 때에는 그 항만시설관리권의 등록용지 중 해당구 사항란에 공동담보목록에 게재한 다른 항만시설관리권과 같이 담보의 목적이라는 뜻을 적어야 한다
