항만시설관리권 등록령 제51조(새 등록용지에의 기재)

① 등록용지 중 표제부 또는 갑ㆍ을구에 등록할 여백이 없는 경우에는 추가용지를 가철하고, 그 용지가 표제부 또는 갑ㆍ을구의 제2임을 표시하여야 한다. 2장 이상을 가철하는 경우에도 이에 준한다.

② 등록을 옮겨 적거나 복사하는 경우에는 현재 효력 있는 등록만을 옮겨 적거나 복사하여야 한다.
