항만시설관리권 등록령 제46조(멸실된 등록부의 회복등록)

① 제14조에 따른 등록부 멸실의 경우에는 등록권리자 단독으로 회복등록을 신청할 수 있다.

③ 제1항에 따른 신청에 따라 등록을 하는 경우에는 등록용지 중 등록번호란에 그 등록부의 등록순서에 따른 새로운 번호를 적고, 표시란에 항만시설관리권의 표시를 하며, 해당구 순위번호란에 전등록의 번호를 적고, 사항란에 전등록의 신청서 접수연월일과 접수번호를 적어야 한다.
