항만시설관리권 등록령 제14조(등록부의 멸실)

관리청은 등록부의 전부 또는 일부가 멸실된 경우 3개월 이상의 기간을 정하여 그 기간 내에 등록의 회복을 신청하는 자는 그 등록부에서의 종전 순위를 보유한다는 뜻을 고시해야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2022.12.6>
