항만기술산업의 육성 및 지원에 관한 법률 제16조(사업자단체의 설립)

① 항만기술산업사업자는 항만기술산업의 육성을 위하여 해양수산부장관의 인가를 받아 사업자단체(이하 "사업자단체"라 한다)를 설립할 수 있다.

② 사업자단체는 법인으로 한다.

(2) The^ð더 trade트^r레이드 association어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 a어 corporation.코퍼^r레이션

③ 사업자단체는 다음 각 호의 사업을 실시할 수 있다.

(3) The^ð더 trade트^r레이드 association어소우시에이션 may메이 carry캐^r리 out아웃 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 projects:프^r라젝츠

④ 사업자단체의 정관 및 지도ㆍ감독ㆍ운영ㆍ지원에 필요한 사항은 해양수산부령으로 정한다.

(4) Matters매터즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation인코퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 trade트^r레이드 association어소우시에이션 and앤드 for^f포 its잇츠 guidance,가이든스 supervision,수퍼^v비전 operation,아퍼^r레이션 and앤드 support서포트 shall섈 be비 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Ordinance오더넌스 of어^v브 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 Oceans오우션즈 and앤드 Fisheries.^f피셔^r리즈

⑤ 사업자단체는 이 법에서 규정한 것을 제외하고는 「민법」 중 사단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.
