항만공사법 제14조(회의)

① 위원회는 위원장이나 재적위원 3분의 1 이상의 요구로 소집하고, 위원장이 회의를 주관한다.

(1) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 at앳 the^ð더 request^r리퀘스트 of어^v브 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 or오 at앳 least리스트 one-third원-^θ써드 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 and앤드 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 preside프^r리자이드 over오우^v버 meetings.미팅즈

② 위원회는 재적위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(2) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 adopt어답트 resolutions^r레절루션즈 by바이 the^ð디 affirmative어^f퍼머티^v브 vote^v보우트 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members.멤버즈

③ 사장 및 감사는 위원회의 회의에 출석하여 발언할 수 있다.

(3) The^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 and앤드 the^ð디 auditor오디터 may메이 attend어텐드 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 and앤드 speak.스픽

④ 위원회는 필요한 경우 관계 전문가 등을 회의에 출석하게 하여 의견을 들을 수 있다.

(4) The^ð더 Committee커미티 may,메이 where웨어 necessary,네서세^r리 have해^v브 relevant^r렐러^v번트 experts,엑스펏츠 etc.엣세터^r러 attend어텐드 meetings미팅즈 and앤드 hear히어 their^ð데어 opinions.어피니언즈

⑤ 위원에 대한 수당지급 등에 필요한 사항은 정관으로 정한다.
