Enforcement Decree of the Port Authority Act, Article 9 (Completion Inspection)

법 제24조제2항에 따라 해양수산부장관이 항만시설공사의 준공검사를 하는 경우에 그 공사가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당할 경우에는 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 서류의 확인으로 준공검사를 갈음할 수 있다. <개정 2010.12.13, 2012.8.28, 2013.3.23, 2014.5.22, 2015.6.1, 2020.1.7, 2021.2.9, 2021.9.14>
