Enforcement Decree of the Aviation Security Act, Article 2 (Composition of the Aviation Security Council)

① 「항공보안법」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제7조제1항에 따른 항공보안협의회(이하 "보안협의회"라 한다)는 위원장 1명을 포함한 20명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다. <개정 2014.4.1>

⑤ 보안협의회의 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 그 직무를 수행할 수 없을 경우에는 위원장이 지명한 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다. <개정 2014.4.1, 2016.6.14>
